Akae Beach, Director, Beach Accounting Advisory (BAA), became the first of the guest speakers in history to speak during the Conversation that Matters on Thursday 20th of June, 2019. She spoke from 10-12pm on the challenges she as an entrepreneur went through and what she did to get through it.
Director Beach, highlighted Financial issues as the biggest for Papua New Guinean entrepreneurs. In-order to solve this issue for BAA, the market was established. She found out that the SME community need accountants who are willing to do book-keeping and accounting firms are too busy for book-keeping. Capitalizing on that, BAA grew from a kitchen office to a highly recommended accounting firm in Port Moresby.
Meeting the need and establishing contact, Beach Accounting Advisory is the go-to person for all SME accounting assistance. Akae goes on to say that the potential for networking is sky-high at E-Space, and the PNG market is expanding so there is a spot for everyone to excell and grow.
